Rain at last

Sorry for poor video but I spent the last hour trying to figure out how to do this. It's more sound than sight, (and excuse the heavy breathing, sinuses) but the rain is still falling a couple of hours later. I hope it never stops.

Let's hear one for Mother Nature.

7. Chance of rain here is 10-20%. Meaning the best we can expect is

damp sidewalks.

Measurable rain for the year is ZERO. Our "year" begins in July. And January is our "rainiest" month historically.

10. Local news tonite said it's on its way to Santa Barbara and then LA.

It's not done yet.

My peach tree is in the middle of booming. Yikes!

9. You might lose that although peaches are fairly cold weather tolerant.

I lost my plums one year during a colder than usual frost.

Saw pictures in the Register of the snow up around Angwin.

We are too low for snow, but it certainly is chilly.
