Do you know if your L.A. home is at risk in an earthquake?

Building officials identified about 13,500 “soft-story” buildings that may be at risk of collapse in a major earthquake. The list is preliminary – some of these buildings, upon detailed inspection, will not need retrofitting. Owners will have two years to either submit proof that the building doesn’t need retrofitting or provide plans for retrofit or demolition.

Search by street name or zip code.
