1 hour 15 minutes to vote in Tucson AZ

Excuse my language, but fuckinA.

Usually, they had twice as many privacy boxes, and I just walked in and walked out.

1. Permanent early voting avoids that

Easy to do. Vote in the comfort of your own home, and the state even provides postage.

3. I think I'll do that from now on.

But I had always just walked in and walked out.

I need a beer now.

4. I recommend it.

You don't get that feeling of accomplishment that you do with in person voting, but you avoid the crowds and loons.

Oh...and you don't get a cool 'I voted' sticker. I almost printed one up for myself.

5. I voted.

My father voted.

My mother voted.

All my siblings voted.

My daughter voted.

My daughter's two sisters voted.

About 9:30 am my polling place had about 30 people in line.

When I took my daughter at about 1:30 pm there were only two people in line.

7. 3 minutes in Maryvale

Hey at least it wasn't as bad as some of Florida!

Early voting is pretty cool though. By the time my family had the ballots ready, it was too dangerously close in time to mail them, so we dropped them at the polling station yesterday. Walked by a line that was probably an hour long towards closing time. ( and let about 4 other people in line with ballots know they didn't have to wait too).

West Phoenix.
