I am just curious... Did anyone tune in for the "retooled" 24 this season?

My obligatory qualifier--I lost interest in it well before the end of the last iteration (probably about episode 3), but tuned in to the first show of this one... Seemed just like the old one--only Jack looks older.

Did it get good ratings?

My son and his friends really liked it.

They killed off some characters, too. Introduced some new ones.

I liked a couple of concepts. The idea that control of drones could be intercepted was interesting.
