Help, please.

Trying to log in to smugmug account of my daughter's father in law, to see pics of our grandkids. Have the info, e.mail and password, but nothing happens when I click Login. Wassup???

Check for caps or no caps, extra spaces etc.

There might be a possibility that only one person can log onto the account at a time.

In other words, I don't know.
