Was just gazing at upper # 3 and lower #2 for colors. Am not at cottage now due to cold, but wish I could be there! Will be sunny tomorrow (and will miss sunrise!)

(26,044 posts)The third has the most classic composition, but I love the colors on the second as well. I might suggest, however, going into your photo editor and straightening the horizon; I think that would make them even better.

(130,864 posts)I love the colors in the second too, so have kept this post up in front of me, upper part of #3 along with lower part of #2. May try to print them, frame and hang in the cottage!
I haven't yet adopted a 'photo editor,' may try to play with Picasa to straighten horizons, but have work to do as I haven't figured it out yet.
