1. Very nice, my dear alfredo!

I love the detail, and the narrow depth of field...

Ya done good.........of course!

I'm glad we don't have those here, though.

6. They want to take over our pastures.

While there I saw a Fox across the field. It was too far to photograph with the kit I had with me.

4. How do you like the Olympus?

Last edited Thu Jan 10, 2013, 09:13 AM - Edit history (1)

I've actually been looking at the EP-3 with a 17mm. I like my LX7 a lot but it's hard to take stealthy street pictures with its lens all zoomed out.

Nice nettle and bokeh.

8. I really like my Oly. And will upgrade to an Oly some day.

I will probably move up to the EPL5 or the EPM2. You should get some great deals on the EP3 now that new models have arrived.

The 17 will give you 35mm. I have the Sigma 19mm on my Oly. If you want a good zoom, look at the Oly 40~150mm. You can grab a good used version.

11. Wonderful!

Nice bokeh, too! Do you mind if I ask what post processing, if any, that you did?

13. I converted to B&W and added split tone. I think I might have added soft light.

The Yashinon DX has wonderful bokeh. I haven't used it much lately because I have been in love with my Sigma 19mm.

15. It might be a good idea to write what we did to each image. I just now

remembered I did a bit of white balance to lighten the image.

Usually all I do with my images is white balance and adjust levels.
