My computer guy (yes I need one sometimes) plays there at times and he is absolutely fantastic. Would love to hear him play there. He raves about the place.

I see he's got quite a few dates coming up at Taylor. You need to go if youve never been. Only open on weekends. They have great catfish. You can byob, but you have to keep it in a brown paper sack under the table, and pour it discretely in your glass. Crazy eh? But thats the way it is.
I'm sure Ive seen him many years ago when he played with Black Oak Arkansas when they played at different times in Memphis.
He may know my buddy there. The guy with the beard. Tony Boyd. I learned to play guitar with him in high school, and he plays a mean "harp". He's played with some big blues names. He played quite a while with Don McMinn in his Rum Boogie Cafe on Beale Street. And he toured with Blackberry Smoke for a season when they opened for ZZ TOPP.

Don McMinn is amazing. Andy is fine at fixing computers and such, but he *should* be able to make a great living being a musician, from his talent, but alas, the world doesn't seem to work like that. He has to eat.
