They are "secret strokes", which means they never happened but nobody can prove that because, well, they're secret.

I Googled Hillary Clinton strokes

And she had a blood clot, it was on mainstream news.

But, of course, it's been blown out of proportion.

My favorite was a few years ago when in one magazine there was a front page story about a coming ice age, and inside and equally scary one about how global warming was going to melt all the ice and raise sea level significantly, flooding out NYC, London, and lots of others.

I just loved it that they had two opposite stories -- both presented as absolutely going to happen -- in the same issue. It doesn't get more entertaining than that.
