1. No contest for me, my dear trof...

Casablanca, every time!

But you're not me.........

Can you record one while you watch the other?

Good luck!

5. I'm very sentimental about that movie.

Bet I've seen it 100 times and I STILL see things I hadn't noticed before.
I dunno.
BWAT is so funny.
Maybe I'll just flip back and forth.

2. Casablanca's such a classic but Oh Brother is my choice.

GOD I love that music. And the acting's brilliant. And it's based on The Odyssey so I guess it's a classic too, really.

4. Casablanca shows up on one

channel or another every four to six weeks. Not so with "Brother". You have a better chance of seeing "Casablanca" again soon. So, if you're truly torn, watch "Brother". If not, for me it would be "Casablanca".

11. Always choose TCM. No commercials.

And TCM guaranties the film will be shown uncut. (Although I caught them showing Poltergeist without the scene of the parents smoking pot. But that is the only time)

16. Casablanca

My favorite movie scene, bar none, is the singing of the "Marseillaise" in Casablanca. I stand and sing along, even though I am not French.

19. dvds were invented for situations just like this.

I own very few of them, but they are all excellent movies worth watching again and again.
