Drove to Florida on February 28th last year, never saw any green on trees

until the Savana Georgia area. In Ohio this year the leaves are coming out on some trees and my flowering pear tree
looks like it will be in full bloom in a day or two. I don't think I have ever seen leaves or blossoms on trees in Ohio in
February in my life. How about the cherry trees in DC?
