How would you handle it?

Riding the local rail system with my wife. A guy was sitting with his feet on the second seat when I boarded with my wife. When I arrived many of the older people in this area were trying to get this guy to remove his feet as the train was crowded. I asked him to remove his feet. He did. Then he proceeded to spit in the seat. People around were enraged and I got into it with him verbally and he asked if I wanted to fight him. I told him to shut the f... up which he did. I was very aware everything on the train was videotaped and knew that If I started something physical I would get hit with an assault/battery charge. Boy I wanted to.

I gave up about forty years to the guy. Didn't matter. He was disgusting.

Well, no, but that's what I'd want to do.

I guess that's one instant where I'm glad I live in the assbackwards, small town Midwest. Nothing like that would ever occur here.
