Today is my wife's birthday.

She's been going on for months about painting this tiny bathroom off the bedroom and getting a new toilet bowl.

So this morning I gave her a wrapped roll of tolet paper and wrote on it, "Happy birthday! It's been a romantic journey." She looked at it, looked at me and said, "you got the scratchy brand."

Ingrate.
