CH is a neurological disease in cats where their cerebellum doesn't develop properly. Sometimes they are affectionately known as "wobbly cats".

There are videos on youtube of these cats playing and enjoying life, but yes, they are wobbly.

Cats can be born with CH if their mothers had distemper while pregnant. It makes them wobbly and uncoordinated to varying degrees but otherwise they get along OK. I know of several CH cats who manage well, it's just that they fall over sometimes.
