1. Here's my remedies to ease the discomfort.

lightly scented candle? Check! Light it and put your face above it (dont catch yourself on fire) and just try breathing through your nose for a bit. The heat will loosen the sinuses.

THEN

Mix tea and milk hot or iced and enjoy for soothing throat goodness!

4. please only use non toxic scented candles

especially if you are really going to hold it up to your face. A lot of them give off toxins.

especially avoid citrus scented candles - they contain Limonene which can turn into formaldeyde.

Get some rest and feel better.

5. That reminds of the morning I came home from work and Donna asked me

"Notice anything different about me"
Talk about a dangerously loaded question.
I finally said "What did you do to your hair"
She had managed to set her hair on fire while completely surrounded by water.

Reminds me of my first mistake while answering a loaded question.

My wife put on a dress and asked how did she look.

Wanna know what dumb ass compliment I thought would be great?

"You look comfortable."

Oh boy. I learned quick that "comfortable" is equated with "I look like I'm dressed down in pajamas and am ready to binge on netflix while eating snacks."

And no woman wants to be told that when they dress up, they look like they're ready for a Netflix night.

I am a wiser man now. lol
