From the side and the jubilant end to the dance. Only 30 seconds

(802 posts)Thanks for posting this, though, helps me celebrate the jubilation I feel inside, and relegated to a rather remote part of California for this job contract... My pride flag waves all alone but nonetheless proudly this winning year. Albeit in hushed tones, all but the most entrenched seem glad the antediluvian establishment took a devastating blow this year.

(17,997 posts)I walk down one of the streets that the participants lineup for the parade. Every year it is really my favorite part. It's just so welcoming, inclusive, pretty, happy, all the good stuff. I was so happy I walked up on this! I am actually glad I didn't know the dance. Though it's obviously easy to catch on to, I would have put the camera away and joined them if I knew it.
I'm sorry you had to work. Good for you for flying your flag. Better alone than none at all!
Next year will be even better. We'll all be included in the 14th amendment for ALL discriminatory practices. Transgender people won't have to suffer anymore at the hands of the horrible and every member of the LGBT community will be safe in their jobs to the same extent everyone else is!
