...About making mistakes...my view, (cause I make a lot).....

About mistakes. ......

We all make them. We say we are sorry, and we move on. If we make a mistake, that does not mean we are a mistake.

Further, many years ago, when I was 6 or 7, I recall learning some math in grammar school. We used a pencil, and at the top, there was an eraser, to erase our mistakes. They still put erasers on pencils. Don't they? And when we use a computer, or phone or whatever to text or post, like I am doing right now, I notice a DELETE KEY...I think that is the same as the eraser, but more modern...It also deals with mistakes. And I have used that one a lot too.

Stuart.

Sometimes, I do the same thing. Yet, I know re-running the old show is not a good thing. So, I try to change the channel and get a quieter show. It ain't easy, but sometimes it works. My new show is just a quiet scene in the forest or mountains on a clear cool summer day, walking along, ..looking at the trees and listening to birds, walking along with a friend, quietly taking in the clean air and serenity.

. Maybe, those thoughts can quiet and replace the bad show. It is worth a try, for all of us, and that show is in my brain, the new quiet show, does not cost anything. I can download it for free, it is available any time I want it, there is no special equipment or contract to sign. That quiet show is much better than re-running the other show about my mistakes.. It is worth a try, but no guarantees. And it does work sometimes.

.And it really is free and available anytime and anyplace. don't need to ask anyone or get permission. Just a change of the channel ...oh, I forgot...changing the channel ain't easy..cause the old shows are imbedded in some corners up there that are very hard to clean out. but that is ok, changing the channel is still worth the effort, if I try.

I've never been very good at those relaxation techniques or deep breathing or meditation exercises, but they would be a very good skills to have, I think. Maybe I need to practice more.

"They still put erasers on pencils." I say that to someone when they make a mistake. Something like, "That's why they put erasers on pencils."
