It seems to me Texas was one of the biggest deniers of global warming

Please do not equate three million plus of us with the few dozen Republican idiots whose lame mugs you always see on the talk shows and the evening news. Sean Hannity doesn't speak for New York, either, as I recall.

I was terrified and hid in my closet Saturday night, and I am saddened by all the loss and destruction around me.

No one deserves this, and it's definitely not funny.
