3.3 million of us voted for Obama in 2012, but we get written off as if we were all some kind of amalgam of the Clampetts and the Ewings, all talking like Louie Gohmert, frothing at the mouth in anticipation of secession.

Good thing people on here aren't prejudiced, or we'd REALLY be in for it!

Up here at the top of Texas we're not getting bashed with floods but we are having to take extraordinary measures like pumping excess water from our man-made lake. For us, well, we'll curse the wind but we never ever curse the rain.

it's possibly the same thing that occasionally shows up here in northern New England. Flat Landers call it the son.
