This is one for the record folks! I had to demand an audit from THE IRS and they don't want to!!!

What is wrong with this picture, really? All I want is to follow the rules and do what the law states and in return I want them to do the same. it reminds me of the that old song back in the time of the revolution. The one about the world being upside down.

Except on people who might owe them enough to make a profit on the audit - but that don't enough to help balance the budget.

They won't do what they need to do to find out why they can't accept my 1040. And since they owe me...

I wish I had some advice for you, but I have not idea what to do. I hope you can get it resolved soon - maybe now that April 15 th has passed things will ease up at the IRS and they can to you.
