We were at the zoo yesterday and my wife and I were trying to guess what people called this depending upon where they grew up. Here it is

It's either a "water fountain" or a "drinking fountain". Of the two, "water fountain" is more commonly used, which is a shame, since it seems to imply that there would exist fountains for other beverages - but there never are any.

Or you could just wash your balls in the water fountain.
