2. I can't agree more. A lot of sites I visit solely for news copy and the second that part

loads, I hit the stop button so the rest of the crap doesn't.

3. huffington post is among the worst for me.

They seemed to be actively trying to punish me for the way my browser is set up. I ended up simply blocking the entire site because I didn't want to go there, not even by accident.

I don't block all advertisers, just the most obnoxious ones. I also don't like ads or content that moves or flashes, or most horrible, makes any kind of sound.
