OK, pass the popcorn.
As many of us know, Russia's traffic police are worse than useless. They make the NYPD seem like paragons of virtue.
Traffic laws are largely unenforced, especially on the rich and powerful, so the result is that you get endless Russian dashcam videos on Youtube of asshole drivers, and you get this group of young Russians who have taken the law into their own hands.
They set up on a sidewalk, or other place which is supposed to be for pedestrians, but ends up being a driving route for the Special... This group, called "Stop a Douchebag" first politely asks offenders to turn around and stop driving on the sidewalk. If the offending drivers get huffy, pick a fight, or try to run them over, they put a big sticker on their windshield (the kinds of stickers that rip into pieces when you peel them off, meaning you've got to spend some quality time with a razor blade to remove them) that says "I don't care for anyone else, I drive where I please."
Anyways, enjoy!

But the point is taken.

My Russian is somewhat antiquated, as I learned most of it from 19th century literature, never got introduced to Soviet era slang. The first time I was in Russia, they all asked if I was well-rested, since the way I was speaking indicated that I had been asleep for the last 100 years.
You know more than I do...
