was quite interesting. It was abundantly obvious that Colicchio, Gail Simmons and Emeril all thought that Heather's behavior towards Beverly was absolutely and totally beyond the pale. Props to Sara and Lindsay, who were nearly as obnoxious to Bev, for apologizing to her. I feel deeply sorry for anyone who has to work under that witch Heather.

(81,852 posts)I think the behavior in general towards Beverly was pretty bad. Sara tries to come off as sweet, but she was petty, mean, and obnoxious several times. The Heather situation was ridiculous because they were on the same team and I think the actually won! It was dirty. But Beverly very much proved herself as the show went on.

(33,688 posts)When she denied telling a judge to "eff off" after Paul won (and a more deserving winner I have not seen on Top Chef since Hung) Emeril and one of the other judges just shook their heads and rolled their eyes, as did Grayson. They KNEW she was lying.

I was so happy that person won! I could see where Bev could be annoying (getting in their way) but there was no excuse for the way they treated her. Paul was so sweet and so deserved it---I was so nervous watching the finale. I originally wanted Ed, but he screwed himself with those boxed oysters---Tom hated them! I love that show....I'm sure the reunion will be on again so I'll look for it.
Thanks for the heads up---I totally spaced about it!

Bravo always reruns shows, so I'll check them first, but good to know!

(95,337 posts)Only she made herself look bad. The public knows where these people work and I would think an apology would go a long way in repairing your imaging of bullying another chef. I'm guessing in 5 years Heather will be working as a chef at your local Olive Garden.

(24,146 posts)i watched the season kind of piece-meal and missed a few episodes, but i was rooting for paul after ed left because the women had been so miserable to bev (and shitty attitudes in general).
