Once in a while won't hurt. But if you really don't want to eat it then imagine you've already eaten it, that heavy full feeling in your stomach and your mouth is saturated with the flavors and you drank too much coke and had too many fries. Imagine that feeling while taking yourself to the kitchen and grabbing something with protein and fat and eat that real fast.

I might as well go out for that Big Mac. At least I would get a little exercise!

No, I mean like some cheese or nuts. It'll fill you up and you won't be so hungry and more able to resist the Big Mac.

I did. First time in years but couldn't believe the price of their quarter-pounders...$4.09. Mac's were 2.69 but poorly constructed. That will change when the burgers are robot built to order in a few more years.

and ignore the dooomsayers around here. It's none of their business what you eat.

If you had it already, good on ya and I'm sure it hit the spot.

I have never eaten a Filet-O-Fish.

A couple of years ago McDonald's had a promotion where they sold Quarter Pounders with Cheese at .55¢ each. I managed to avoid that sale. I have however eaten double cheeseburgers and grilled onion cheddar burgers in the not too distant past. My struggle continues.

first came to IL and I was living there at the time, I thought the Big Mac was the best thing in the whole world.

I've had a few over the last years and they are nothing like they used to be so all I got was a nauseated feeling after eating one.

It's very disappointing as was the last White Castle I got, tasted nothing like they used to.

Could be me but I don't think so.

I love me a Big Mac.

Is it the best burger I've ever tasted? Far, far from it.

Is it unhealthy as hell? Abso-friggen-lutely.

But it's craveable like crack.

I am hankering for some Fried Chicken.

Desperate enough that I am thinking of KFC and Popeyes.

See, I have this Yellow Pepper Bonnett Hot Sauce that is home made that I was given, and geeze, I could finish up a bottle in less than a week.
