Kevin Trudeau is back on TV

Has anyone else been following this flimflam man's story?

The last I heard he got something like 7 years in prison and a huge fine for his TV ads. He sold books over the internet. And the guy is so crooked they will have to screw him into the ground to bury him.

But his ads are running again. They have been edited. But they still show interviews with Kevin pushing the stuff he has for sale.

I just checked. He owes the Federal Government about 37 million. He got 10years. He spent 1 day in jail and is back out. I guess his appeal could take a very long time.

About 3 weeks ago I was shipped out of MCC Chicago to my new home...Federal Prison Camp Montgomery, Alabama! It was an unreal, fun adventure for sure! I was flown on "Con Air"! In addition, Trudeau cannot make disease or health benefits claims for any type of product, service, or program in any advertising, including print, radio, Internet, television, and direct mail solicitations, regardless of the format and duration. Trudeau agreed to these prohibitions and to pay the FTC $2 million to settle charges that he falsely claimed that a coral calcium product can cure cancer and other serious diseases and that a purported analgesic called Biotape can permanently cure or relieve severe pain.

and no way could he pay anything. Nest day he went out and got a $900 haircut.

He's probably a sociopath who just loves the thrill of the game.

A friend of mine bought 2 of his books from a TV ad. They were pretty bad so she called the 800 number to be reimbursed. They had a no questions asked guarantee. You could send them back and get your money back. There was an 800 number but no one ever answered the number. It was an 800 number to nowhere.
