That reminds me of the Mossad enterprise in the news a few years ago. They were weaving plastic explosive threads into prayer mats and selling them to the local mosques so they could detonate Hamas terrorists. The article was unclear about the anti-terrorist effect but the sales of the mats reportedly had prophets going through the ceiling.
