We shared our favorites of Robin Williams. Now it's time to share our favorite of one of our greatest Hollywood Screen legends - the late great Lauren Bacall.
Without a doubt, my favorite (and one of my favorite films of that era) - "How to Marry a Millionaire". Bacall was great as the brains behind the operation of three single ladies (Bacall, Marilyn Monroe and Betty Grable) all trying to snag a millionaire. Moral of the story - do NOT judge a book by it's cover. It's a great screwball comedy.

(46,700 posts)I loved the ensemble of actresses from back in the 40s. They had great chemistry on screen.
Though my favorite is Stage Door, which was not a Lauren Bacall movie.

(21,925 posts)A funny oldie, about a wolf who watches Bacall in to Have And Have Not and goes completely nuts for her in the theater. You have to click the link as it's not from youtube.
