2. Baby wipes are cool, but I use

a spray bottle of rinseless soap mixed with water (takes very little soap) that I spritz on the TP.
The only real problem is that the TP isn't as strong as the wipes and you can't get overly enthusiastic with it, if you get my drift...but repeat wipes with new paper works well.
