ha-ha
a ha-ha is a turfed ditch with one sloped side and one vertical side lined with masonry. It keeps livestock out of the lawn and garden whilst providing an uninterrupted view of your rambling country estate. A ha-ha is one of the typical places where the body of a murder victim might be found. The butler probably did it.
