When I lived in Oregon we had Widmer Hef, but it was always better on tap than from the stores.

Of course, this month we have another celebration so I may succumb to the stores' discounts on Jameson. No offense.

five gallons will be a Dortmunder Export

The other five gallons will be a Margarita Lager (made with agave).

Don't think it will be ready by easter, so we'll have to settle for the *steam (or the porter, or the stour, or the Vienna lager)

Hell, almost every weekend we are home there is a brew going on. I think he's got about 4 corny kegs sitting the the Kegging Fridge.

I love a good Hefe!
