Nailed it! The Rand Corporation predicted the "home computer" and the "Geek Squad" in the 1940's.

Note that early versions of the mouse were somewhat larger than their modern counterparts.

It predicts the family sitting around the 2way television, talking with friends all over the world.

Came out in the 1880s.

Robida imagined that that future would begin about 1955.

His predictions that the weather would be electrically controlled didn't fly so high.
