5. car commercials were awsome then

Every year they had a launch date to unveil the new cars and we would wait like the night before Christmas to see the new cars by the big 3 on prime time TV shows .

if your parents bought Studebakers or Ramblers you were so uncool ( naturally my dad had ten year old Studebakers )

Seventy Seven Sunset Strip was the show that all the cool guy private detectives drove the new T Birds on .
