1. yeah, but... Seth MacFarlane might be an interesting host

I haven't seen any of the movies -- I'm sort of apathetic these days about movies -- but MacFarlane might at least jazz it up a bit.

3. I may be in the minority...

But I find MacFarlane to be as as the Oscars.

There is supposed to be a tribute to James Bond during the show, but I'm not watching 3 hours of movie stars, (most of whom I have no idea who they are,) getting up on to the stage and me to death thanking people.

2. Me neither and I do not plan watch them tonight.

I am not a movie goer and do not care who wins, but I am sure I will see the winners splashed all over the news tomorrow morning.

4. Been at least 10 years for me

Total snooze-fest. The acceptance speeches are torture.

5. I've never watched them in my life.

I've never watched them or indeed any celebrity-soaked awards show in my life.

I don't seem to feel the validation nearly everyone else does when a movie I liked wins, nor do I care in the slightest if everybody hates a movie I liked.
