Every night I have to chase Gretchy, Floyd and Silvia off my bed...

They protest by giving me a angry, but lackadaisical look, and stretch out and wait.

Within five minutes, once I have positioned my self comfortably, they straggle back onto my bed, one by one, slight forgiven.

By morning, I have the three siblings nuzzled against me, keeping me warm as the temperature drops.

We are two species existing in tranquil non-compliance, laws of nature be damned.
