1. Tell your kitty she is among friends here and please send her here to tell her side....

Inquiring minds want to know!

What bad, bad thing did you do?

2. Too bad I can't introduce her to my dog who believes my functiuon in life is

to open doors for her as she wanders around the house and to throw balls and cook food for her. What else are humans for.

3. I just spent ten minutes petting one of our cats.

He's the King.

4. Join the club.

One of my cats is the rare intelligent cat with no short circuits and a sense of perspective. Very close, very affectionate, no hang-ups. The other, his 8-year old littermate, is a "regular" cat. Affectionate one minute, loving to be petted, next minute energized and hissing. Even yowling. He doesn't know play from fight or relaxed and purring from aggressive and challenging. I've heard him purr and hiss at the same time and hiss and yawn at the same time. Cats are born with electrical shorts, and most of us are not electricians.

So, I hear your cat's message and disagree. You ARE a good mom!

5. Milo, Il Gatto di Tutti Gatti, howls in the middle of the night

because he wants somebody to play with him. Or at least acknowledge his magnificence.

8. Belladonna's side of the story, in short, is that I am kindly and well meaning,

yet hopelessly and irredeemably a stoopid and bumbling fool. Also that I am violating the Geneva Conventions regarding keeping prisoners.

Her main complaint is that, along with keeping her captive, I have repeatedly tried to waterboard her, and now have left her without food or water or a dry place to sleep.
