2. Interstate H1 is in Honolulu,

but you can try again. Here's a hint: 4 of them are in the lower 48.

"All but five state capitals are directly served by the Interstate System. Those that arenít are Juneau, Alaska; Dover, Delaware; Jefferson City, Missouri; Carson City, Nevada; and Pierre, South Dakota."

17. I-580 goes 1/2way through Carson City

It'll eventually hook up to Hwy 50 (route to Lake Tahoe)...someday. Guess NV will need to be scratched off the list soon.
