I said, near fatal.
I think there's one more. He was almost run through in the Orc cave, but the Mithril Shirt saved him. Possibly a fourth at the end. |

Frodo was also knocked unconscious and captured by the barrow-wights. It's not exactly a fatal wounding, but it's a potentially fatal situation if the hobbits weren't rescued by Tom Bombadil.
The same with Old Man Willow - but, that was potentially fatal to Merry & Pippin, not Frodo directly. |
