Tonight Chez trof: Turkey Bacon Club Sandwiches. And Tater Tots.

Triple decker turkey-bacon clubs, lettuce & tomato, mayo and Durkees.
Tater Tots are one of my guilty pleasures.
I made a mayo/garlic/lemon dipping sauce for them
DOUBLE guilty pleasure.

Tastes just as good as any I have had in a Chinese restaurant. Getting my chops down on the wok.

guilty pleasure dessert: apple crisp with Blue Bell Vanilla Ice cream.

gotta tell ya, that sandwhich does sound good.
