The most I've seen at one time came out of a box of mac&cheese.

4. When I was a kid you could buy finely grated cheddar cheese

It had the same texture as grated parmesan, and came in a similar shaker container. My mom used to shake it on cooked, buttered pasta for us. I adored it but haven't seen it for decades.
