1. When I think of how much I disliked him in the beginning, and how much I now look forward

to his comments. Yeah, he's the best thing on that show. Would love to know more about where he stores this stuff. Maybe we'll see him on an episode of the hoarders?

I like it pretty well. Barry is way cool - Dave Hester, not so much.

but one I actually enjoy watching on TV. There were a few weeks where Hester wasn't on the show and the guy they had replacing him was boring.

10. But you need someone to hate to make the show work

And to be fair the other bidders know what he's doing and a few times they've dropped bad lockers on him.

I think that's why Storage Wars: Texas hasn't been as good because there is no really well defined douchebags and thus we lose that 'let's root against the bad guy' thrill of the show.

6. But Brandi and Jarrod are great too

I know they tried really hard to do the same thing with Storage Wars: Texas but they just didn't find the right combination of personalities to make the show interesting. The original worked because they had the clearcut hip guy (Barry), bickering cute couple (Jarrod and Brandi), Douchebag (Dave) and Darryl to boot. I can't figure out who has those roles on Texas. I think the guy originall from Long Island is the douchebag but sometimes that Uncle/Nephew pair act like it. And the 'hip guy' they brought in is just a clown. No one can touch Barry Weiss.

11. It is my favorite of the storage shows

I even like the Texas one.

But I wonder if Barry really owns all those crazy vehicles, or if the show gets them for him or if he borrows them for the show or what.

And I don't understand why Barry doesn't team up with say Jarrod and Brandi, since 99% of the stuff he is not interested in at all.

12. Barry on this week's show

Doing pottery: 'All you have to do is gently massage it and watch it grow'---and they left it in. Funny.

Is it true that Brandi was a stripper?

Barry will do just about anything for a laugh.

I wouldn't be surprised to find out Brandi was a former stripper. First she does have really big um, you know those things. And Jarrod looks like the type of guy that spent time hanging out at strip clubs. But those 2 have been together for ages and have 2 kids now.

13. Barry is why I watch

the show. Brandi and Jerrod? Some times funny and engaging, sometimes not so much.

I feel sorry for Darry's son . . . well, I think that's his son.
