I only stopped twice and that was when I was pregnant. Cigarettes made me sick just to look at them. But immediately after the babies were born, I started smoking again to lose the baby weight. I have some health problems and I know they are related to smoking. I have tried everything to stop, even hypnosis, but nothing has worked. If only I could get my body tricked into thinking it was pregnant, I could get rid of this nasty habit.

My wife started back after our little one was born due to a very stressful year. Now she wants to stop again.

but I still feel a little flemmy and I get little coughs so I think the "juice" is still an irritant. It seems to be a different type than cigarettes since my singing voice is slowly coming back. It comes back much more quickly when I quit cold turkey, but then I tend to start smoking again. I also feel like I'm smoking a crack pipe sometimes.

Chain smoked constantly and sat around with a glass of bourbon in his hands all day. Well, at least after he quit driving at 98.
