Never touch the stuff. My bloodwork is better now (late 50's) than it was 20 yrs ago.

If I really want bacon, I can get turkey bacon. Not quite the same, but close. If you're gonna be healthy and not overweight, you have to accept substitutes. For me, there is no other option besides not having it at all.
But if a person really wants it, some people live by "anything in moderation." I eat fried chicken every now and then. I love the stuff.
Life wouldn't be worth living without a little dancin', dogs, music, a little fried chicken, baked chicken, and apples.
