I have a question about posting a link to my website

Hi all,
As some of you know, I have been unemployed for over four months now, and in an attempt to make some money I have started to make some jewelry. Long story short, I have put together a very small website with a free provider. Do any of you know if it would be ok to post a link just letting people know about it or would that not be cool?
