11. She crouches low to the floor, and then slinks into the middle of the house.

Since the advice of the National Weather Service is to stay away from windows during thunderstorms (for safety from lightening), I think that is pretty smart. Watching her slink along close to the floor is pretty funny.

One wants to sit in front of the open french doors (with screens closed) - on a chair - and watch the storm hit the woods off my deck
One hides until he feels brave enough, then joins the storm watcher
