The actor who played the "bad guy" in so many TV and movie roles?

Part of Lynch's "look" came from burn scars he had, he set himself on fire while high on LSD.

would qualify as a happy ending to "set self on fire during bad LSD trip," but it was 45 years ago now, and he's dead now anyway

I always liked the guy as an actor, even if he was forever typecast as a creepy bad guy. He made a shit-ton of movies, though, so that him more successful than 99% of actors that try to make it in Hollywood.

RIP, Mr. Lynch.
