60s music question...

"Joy" by Apollo 100. "Morning Girl" by The Neon Philharmonic. Was there ever an extended version featuring both songs - or am I remembering an extended harpsichord solo at the end of Morning Girl? Or did I just dream it all?

Thanks.

and it had an electric harpsichord intro, but the "outro" was orchestral and ended with a held briefly held organ chord. No harpsichord solo there. Can't remember "Joy" though the title and "Apollo 100" ring a bell.

I loved "Morning Girl" when I was a tween. Something about it seemed so romantic and sweet, but grown-up at the same time. In 1997 I finally found a nice, clean copy of the LP. It only took me 28 years.

I think some DJ had to backtime into the news so he played Morning Girl then Joy to fill out the time. Since Morning Girl also has a harpsichord, hence the association (I was only 5 or 6 at the time.)

BTW, I know Morning Girl because Shaun Cassidy covered it in the mid-70s.
