It's about an hour long speech he gave 11 years ago. If you are interested in writing he offers some excellent insights, but the speech is good purely as entertainment.

One thing he says is that he writes because it is fun. It's not work to him. When I write a little story, that's why I do it as well. I don't know if I'll ever be able to sell any of my stories or if I'll have a novel published, I just get a kick out of writing them and sharing some of them with you guys.
