(2,825 posts)gently fry them with onions and olive oil. When they have cooked a bit, place a roll on top, which will toast a little while it sops up all that good tasting olive oil.
Before eating, add the usual condiments of choice: mustard, relish, chile, cole slaw, etc.
(This is how I cook the plain old tofu hot dogs)

(14,746 posts)I've never seen these kind - I generally just buy tofu pups or smart dogs - which I throw on the grill if I can. These look like they'd be good fried up in a little olive oil with some roasted red peppers.
