Nice video, but there is so much more to the story.
I was listening to a program yesterday about the progress of robotics. That made it clear that the "ideal" level of education is enough brainpower to keep robots clean and to service them when needed, but not enough brainpower to understand how the whole enterprise is screwing Americans.
In an advanced society, as technology moves to replace the more mundane tasks, that frees our intellects and imaginations to do greater things. In America, our "progress" has just pushed more and more people to poverty. And really, how much education does a person need if the only jobs available are flipping hamburgers.
